Big C "Double Dhamaka Offer" Terms and Conditions.

This Scheme is valid from 24th August 2022 to 3rd September 2022 at Pithapuram Big C Store only. Customers (Here in after Called as the “Customer”) accept the Big C “Double Dhamaka Offer” Cards/Coupons on the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Each Customer will be issued with a Big C “Double Dhamaka Offer” cards/coupons on every purchase of a Smartphone / Smart Watch / Smart TV / Laptop only.
2. Big C “Double Dhamaka Offer” is a lucky draw and will be comprising of One Bajaj Platina Bike.
3. Big C holds no warranty and shall make no representation regarding the quality of the prizes.
4. The Visuals, Pictures shown in the cards /coupons or any other promotional material are only indicative and may not be the actual prize and can also be different make, different size, different manufacturer etc.
5. Every participating customer will be eligible for Lucky Draw and the Lucky Draw will be taken on 4th September 2022 at 5.00 pm at Pithapuram Big C Store and the Lucky winner will be informed of his /her winning the prize.
6. Claim for prize won in this offer, shall be entertained only within a period of one week from the date of informing the customer about winning of the prize. Any failure on the part of the customer to collect the prize or comply with directions issued by Big C for claim of the prize, Big C shall entitle for forfeit of the Prize(s).
7. Coupons having incomplete information about address, contact number and Invoice Number etc. will not be entitled for Lucky Draw.
8. The prizes shall be delivered to the customer only after producing the Invoice in original and necessary identity proofs and address proofs to the satisfaction of “Big C”.
9. Big C is not responsible for any variation in sizes or damages caused to the prizes or acts, omissions made by the concerned companies.
10. The customer shall not make any demands in respect of make variation in sizes or otherwise the physical features in respect of any prize won by him/her.
11. The Customer shall bear all statutory obligations such as Gift Tax, Value added Tax, Service Tax, RTO Tax, Insurance, Essential accessories and other charges like Transportation charges etc.
12. The distributions of prizes will be subject to the payment of TDS or deduction of Income Tax as per the rules of Income Tax act -1961.
13. Big C employees and their relatives shall not be eligible for this scheme.
14. Big C reserves its right to change/ modify/ extend/ withdraw this scheme if and when decides to do so without any prior notice to the customers and this scheme is exclusive of any other promotional /scheme being run by Big C.
15. All prizes are non-en cashable, non-negotiable and non-transferable.
16. All Disputes if any related to this claim or scheme, will be subject to the courts at Hyderabad Only.
